We [http://Www.Thefreedictionary.com/attended attended] a breeder in a very town called Glen's Ferry, Idaho. They had about 50 or 60 adult sheperds as well as perhaps a dozen roughly puppies.&lt;br&gt;The grown dogs were roaming around free. They had ponds to swim in, and many room to own. The pups were in a large building with kennels. In seperate kennels were dogs in heat.&lt;br&gt;When we drove to the breeder/owners land, it was like driving in the heart of a herd of cattle. Big sheperds were everywhere. There were all colors, dogs with sloped hind quarters, and regular squared hind quarters. They had rescued dogs, strey dogs, and Mixed breeds too.&lt;br&gt;We got out from the car, and walked amoung those large dogs. That was quite an experience. Not one dog ever jumped up on us or acted agressive toward us.&lt;br&gt;We met the owner/breeder and the man took us for the building the place that the puppies were kept. There were white puppies, and black one and silver/black puppies. They were all so adorable. They were all trying to be noticed. One puppy was sittine during a very large feeding dish.&lt;br&gt;One black and silver pup was looking at Tony's foot. Another pup climbed through to to his lap. We must have been there one or two hours. It is so challenging to pick one puppy. Needless to say, one puppy is a lot more than enough to take. It is a big responsibility plus a large expense to raise a puppy. It's like raise a child that never gets older. For this you obtain love, comfort, loyality. and joy.&lt;br&gt;Duchess has become a blessing to us, but specifically for my husband. He is very ill, anf the husband has regained numerous strength. She has been such good medicine for him.&lt;br&gt;She is some for us old folks. Duchess is a really strong, beautiful dog. Our vet loves her, she has been going on the same vet her life. She boards there if we go away.&lt;br&gt;Her favorite activity is to chase tennis balls. Four times per day we throw 30 tennis balls on her to chase.
