Marinas are a specific kind of harbor, meant for tiny watercraft (mostly boats and yachts), where such watercraft could be kept in water - but inside a sheltered condition; to ensure that when the owners need to use them once more, they do not need to go to the inconvenience of moving the watercraft from land into water once again.
