Review by Fred - Happiness is Great Sound - My earlier headphones had been Sony. I tested Audio Technica Ath-M50 headphones using the soundtrack from "Fight and Love Using a Terracotta Warrior". I listened and believed: What exactly is that within the background?



Then I realized I was basically hearing the setting footsteps and other noises. WOW! Everything is totally clear. You could hear the singers clearing their throats. Remarkable. I Adore them, retired my Sony's.



Assessment by H.1 - Comfort & Repair Audio Quality at Good Price - Going coming from a set of cheap earbuds to Audio-Technica Ath-M50 was definitely a shock to me. Ath-M50 price - the very best. But most apparent was that I could hear subtleties in the music which in fact had completely eluded me before (Eeven in songs I'm intimately familiar with).



They block adequately the out sound. I told an associate to wear them and started up a rock song at near full volume. He turned if you ask me and yelled: "THIS IS AWESOME!" You actually can't get it wrong with Ath-M50.



Review by Alex H. - Fantastic Sound Quality for your Price I Paid - I am not an audiophile, or sound skilled. I am just an iPodiophile. All I want is always to listen to my classic 30GB iPod video. Headphones I own or owned starting from cheap street vendor earbuds, AKG K77, iPod earbuds, Koss PortaPro, Sony MDR-V150, Koss QZ99 for this Audio-Technica ATH-M50.



I was required to turn volume high for anyone cheap Coby & JVC, and in many cases iPod earbuds. But, for AthM50 medium is enough. You may wish to buy a set of two these for family area or sound room listening. Ath-M50 buy. Worth every penny!



Critique by U. Aaron - M-50?s Make Adore to Your Head - At first I was skeptical as a consequence of how light weight AudioTechnica Ath-M50 apparently feel. Then I put them on and the right off the bat that popped out was designed to suit. I was using a couple of Sony MDR-v700?s, and also the quality of sound comparison isn't even fair. The audio quality of Audio-Technica ATH series is fantastic.



The sound creates an atmosphere that makes you forget you're listening to headphones. I have to say these have brought excellent pleasure to my head.



Review by Summy D. -?? Pure Magic - The music sounds great in Audio Technica AthM50. They are very comfortable to wear for a long period. Mids and Highs are the top part. Tight bass. Coiled cable provides flexibility. I use these for traveling by plane as well. I'm glad I didn't pay double for noise cancelling, because I don't absolutely need them with ATH-M50. They work just good.
