Small business owners in the Inland Empire may require help handling company finances, marketing, or offering improved customer service. But knowing where to get that business help and who to trust can create uncertainty.
Montero Business Consulting and Coaching (MBCC) currently works with entrepreneurs from Pomona and Ontario to San Bernardino and Riverside. MBCC offers a way to obtain Fortune 500-level consulting services having a budget-friendly investment.
'Our effort is designed to generate a 2-to-1 return on your investment for our small business clients,' says Jose Montero who founded MBCC with business partner Steve Kim.
Companies with four employees or higher to 50 employees and more may be skilled at manufacturing a unique product or providing a site to other businesses or consumers. But the small business owners and management team could get immersed in details and overlook how you can reduce expenses and miss opportunities to boost revenue.
'We offer an objective viewpoint and will survey key performance indicators,' says Steve who acknowledges that he has to first make a trusted advisor role with a potential client. 'Then we implement the solutions our clients need.'
Companies who wish to explore seeing MBCC first schedule a basic meeting at no-charge. If both parties agree to advance then the alternative is providing an on-site survey that could last a day or maybe more.
'The owner and key employees must be present and available,' says Steve. 'Our role is usually to be a trusted advisor and assist our clients in running more profitable operations and having their dreams as small business people.'
While MBCC Custom Development currently works in the greater Inland Empire, plans in the near future include expanding to help businesses in Los Angeles County and Orange County.
