Sometimes you just know something and know how you understand. We all have gut feelings and intuitive nudges. Each of us has your own special relationship with this gut feelings and our intuition. And that relationship concentrates on trust.

How do you learn to trust something similar to intuition? And what does that have to do with sound therapy or healing sound?

Working with sound therapy or healing sound expands consciousness. Intuition is enhanced. We all have doubts then when our right brain barges into our stream of consciousness or gut feelings with something we didn't expect, sometimes it helps to receive an objective second opinion.

In the 1970s, kinesiologist, Dr. John Diamond conducted research on muscle response to emotional or intellectual stimuli. This hadn't been done before. He found that muscles would test strong inside presence of the stimulus like a smile, for example, and that they would test weak in the presence of a statement like, "I hate you." He called this response behavioral kinesiology. Following the requirements of science, his connection between his experiments were repeatable, predictable and universal. Behavioral kinesiology became referred to as muscle testing.

In 1975, inspired by Dr. Diamond's research, psychiatrist and physician, Dr. David Hawkins began his own research. His focus, however, was on testing muscle a reaction to statements of truth and falsehood. Based on twenty years of study, countless calibrations and a large number of subjects of any age, Dr. Hawkins could use his brings about create a map of human consciousness. His scientific process is impeccable and his results are astounding.

If you're at all interested in human consciousness, Dr. Hawkins book, "Power vs. Force," is central to the addition to your library.

To apply this system effectively, you have to formulate clear questions which can be answered which has a yes or even a no. Below is often a description of three different methods you can explore muscle testing.

1. The method utilized by Dr. Diamond and Dr. Hawkins. With this method you need assistance from another person to put pressure on your own arm. Extend your arms out at shoulder length. Have the one else use two fingers at the wrist to put pressure on your arm. Resist pressure to get a feel for the strength in the arm. Now ask a matter, for example, "Is my name George?" and ask the body else to apply pressure with the two fingers because you say this. If this is true plus your name is George, your arm is going to be strong and still have resistance against pressure. If your name just isn't George, in that case your arm is going to be weak as well as gentle pressure from two fingers will result in it to drop.

2. The finger-pull. This is often a muscle test it is possible to do all on your own. This method takes a little practice since the difference between strength and weakness is subtle. Touch the pinky and thumb of one's non-dominant hand together. As you ask a libertate clear question that may be answered which has a yes or no, make use of the index finger and thumb of one's dominant hand to push the fingers apart from inside the circle they form. If they are strong, the solution is yes. If they are weak, the solution is no.

3. The tilt test. This can be a muscle test you can also do on your own. This method accesses the wisdom with the body and in the heart. For example, if you are in the grocery store and wish to intuitively find out which label of peanut butter is the best choice for one's body, do that. Hold one in the peanut butters with you in front of one's heart, about six inches out of your skin, and, in your head, ask clearly, "Is this peanut butter the best choice for my body?" If your system tilts toward the peanut butter, this can be a good choice. If the body tilts outside the peanut butter, this just isn't a good choice.

Muscle testing is a reliable method of getting accurate information taking advantage with the intimate link between the body and also the mind. And for validating your intuition.
